HOP! the colorful airline of the Air France-KLM group could not assert its difference on the digital market despite a strong and differentiating identity. Accompanied by the 5th Street agency, the personality and posture of the brand had yet to be defined on channels with varied objectives and targets. To do this, we have designed content that is simple and accessible, useful to audiences when they want to travel, or simply inspiring.

And because the experience of those who make HOP! is at the heart of the strategy implemented for HOP!, we have mobilized the mobile staff and customers to offer authentic and live content: 2287 photos were collected in less than 6 months (without advertising) for social networks.
